Useless rotten old management, they don't know out side IT world, high degree of bossism, no value for merit BOSCH get 90% revenue via internal sub departments, they are not core IT company, so they take if any need but they don't hesitate to tell you to leave the company if no project, this a big risk in bosch

Bit beaurocratic culture. Technology exposure is variable across the company. Some areas are cutting age while other are working on legacy technologies. Bosch as a group is slow to adopt new technologies.

Bosch is one of the automotive giants and you can get all types of projects. Also work life balance is good in most of the projects but anyway it is definitely project specific. Company culture is very good

Bosch is a very good company, for technical development and opportunity to explore new technologies. Work Life Balance was there.I liked the Bosch culture throughout the year. The associate was the wealth of the company and policy led by Great Bosch was the foundation on which the company is built .

Dislikes

I could see there is a culture shift compare to earlier in India location. Sometimes growth depends on the team you are working with. Expecting more dedicated and motivating leaders who can uplift the associate.

They provide breakfast, lunch and snacks - fixed menu, but free. Depends on team to team - If you get a good team, the work life becomes tolerable.

Now I'm bgsw they have no clue which technology to use where, they have learnt two word 'genAI' and 'agentic ai or ai agent' .. even they have only bookish idea. 1. If u are having health issues or ur children having health issues or ur parents, if u think u can stay back home with them and continue ur work to help your team, forget about it. HR will take you to apply for a leave 2. They are such an hypocrite that they will send mail about work-life balance and mental health, but don't understand that pushing the Bengaluru traffic and coming to office waste so much of energy that people get frustrated. Not sure who is taking this critical decision. 3. Soon they will create a innovation less zombie army. They will come stay in office for 6 hours and just poof ..go back home .. after pushing 2 hrs of traffic what do think they will innovate. 4. "O it became habit of people to work from home after Covid" .yes people lost money, people lost their own. People lost their mental and financial balance during Covid .. family was the only thing they lived for ... Yest bosch never gave a better salary hike to recover any of it ...let they work from home for 2 days .. keep it 4 hrs for office presence for the rest.
