Bureaucracy in systems/process, people. Too much time for taking simple decisions. Age old HR tools. Often people at entry level lack their mentoring from middle/Senior level.

Higher management politics which led to not releasing any products properly. Not good at marketing the product. Work life balance is going bad. Hybrid model is going to end 4 days work model is going to be applied from next month. Good for beginners but not good to stay for long time.

Most of things are okay, Food is good, but they are also planning to cut off that. Work pressure is not there in atleat my team.
