The company is a way for top management of the GBU to fill their pockets.. even though profit is achieved the employees are not getting any hike or increment. very bad team politics.

HR policies in India are worst with least benefits and hikes. Learning on job is close to nothing. Extremely slow career growth with peanut hikes. Obsolete tech stack in majority projects. Extreme micro management at org level especially in India. Roles are not what they promise initially during interview. Bad project level decisions. The once glorified job security is now a myth. Your resume will die with 3 months notice. It has become just another service company that advertises itself as product company. There are many dislikes like working culture in some departments is pathetic and toxic. Not all but middle management is ruining the reputation and brand of Bosch. Some managers openly encourage favoritism, biasing and they see treat employees from other states differently. Unfortunately I saw group culture like Tamil group, Kannadagroup, mallu group and so on and there is so much politics that even game of thrones is also small. No proper encouragement for talented associates. For promotions you either from the same state or place as your manager or you literally good at licking their a**, They don't hesitate to snatch the credits of your work. If you have career ambitions and goals do not join this company especially in Bengaluru. Low to Average Salary, Nepotism to the core, no respect for experience nd Job loyalty. No Value addition to your Profile, just People Management as most Business deals are won thro Bosch Germany.
