Food and snacks provide by company that is the only benefits

Not good for development of self skills and no support for external from other company everything is masked and why do they even need exterbal employee for??? Just for simple task and documentation work but we plan to develop our self in design and development which we are not included. So it's of no use to work as external to BOSCH.
