Very less Salary. Salary of Senior Software Engineer in Bosch is less than freshers in other company. Mainy team working on old technology, if you worked for 2-3 years in Bosch you will be lagging. Notice Period is 3 months

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
