There is Nothing to like about this company. From where should I start. Everything here is a scam. Your salary while discussion and after joining will never Match, Their salary structure is the biggest Scam. if your monthly salary is 20000 you will be getting only 13000 in-hand. Be aware. You are a good performer around the year butsuddenly your manager will start telling you how incapable you are, how you take so many leaves and you are under performing and will highlight all the mistakes you have done and you don't even realise how suddenly everything changed which will make you feel depressed and then you will realise ohh... it's an appraisal time. The best way to survive and be in good notes there is not to ask question and do everything HR ask you to do. Never ask HR to do anything, Salary slips, Salary breakups, Confirmation letters will never be provided unless you beg for it. She will make sure that you will remember this company to the end of your life while leaving. They can also ask you to pay for the System rent, so spare some money. Beg for F&F, Beg for reliving Letter and Beg for Experience certificate. Yes they will make you beg and treat you so inhumanly I can't even explain. MD is surrounded by middle management people who say goodie-goodie things in front and they curse him after coming out of his cabin (making faces). during old times, itwas not like that. it was zero politics.. company completed 10 years but they have lost the charm that they used to have before.. GM has ruined the entire team that used to be very productive before his hiring. unfortunately, that person is still working in that company with the politically correct lady. Just need to remove the employee who is playing dirty politics in the company. Earlier it was really an employee-centric company when we used to work from the old office but now, few people in the company have ruined the healthy atmosphere. Look at other companies who started with this company and look at their growth now. MD is really a gentleman type of person but a few corrupt employees are playing with his humbleness and emotions. My best wish is always with this company and want to see this company grow from the bottom of my heart! 1. A total unprofessional atmosphere 2. Appraisal: Process starts in April and the benefits are given in the month of September telling that we have to wait for 6 more months or the amount have to be returned. 3. Salary: Its very delayed and we receive by 10th of the next month. 4. MD is very smart in playing politics and finding ways to deduct the salary of the employees 5. We work in a very niche and specialized field of annotation but we are underpaid compared to the industry standards. 6. The HR is very talented in pleasing the MD and his rules, so there is no control of the HR. We cant even raise our concerns or else we will be blacklisted and will not be eligible for a proper appraisal. 7. No proper HR policies for the benefit of the employee. 8. Even after providing high quality annotations we are not appreciated and there is no motivation by any way. 9. The operations manager is totally helpless to take any decision as he doesn't have any say in the organization. 10. Extensive reporting which is more of a micromanagement. 11. Worst thing: Also came to know that the people who have rate 5-star here on this website are being asked to do that by the MD of the organization...Read More

To get freedom from British we had " QUIT INDIA" movement. and finally we got freedom from British. Same way if Borek wants to Break his bad luck he has to launch : "QUIT HR MOVEMENT". Due to HR only Borek is in worst condition. MD doesn't meet to lower cadre employee on last day of working. if he implement same, he will come to know truth about all department.
