Its a good company. But most of the employees & even the managers do not have basic knowledge about the process. The atmosphere of company helps sychophantic employees rather than honest & intellegent employee. If someone opposes to manager or directors point of view. The company target him/her to throw out from office on the name of cost cutting.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The office place is not suitable. The office is placed in 2 BHK & very conjusted even we have to take permission from manager or director for switching on ac . Also do not provide any facility like Incentive, Double pay on holidays etc.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
