It is the worst company I have ever joined. No values for contract employees. HR department is the worst department in this company. Most of them rather than assigning work they will choose to do micro management of each employees. They don't know how to talk, they even don't understand someone personal problem. They just only want you to be in office, that's it. I won't recommend this company for anyone....Read More

Nothing much to like. It WAS a good company but now its turning into an MNC with micromanagement at its peak.

Dislikes

Less pay. They recently merged UI and backend into one. All the EMs were from Backend so no scope for UI is left. They won't be promoted and the appraisal is peanuts.
