-Too much Politics is there from the Top Management to the individual teams as well -Favoritism to certain employees and rest are made to feel like outsiders -Even if you try to work hard and achieve the objectives, People Still Find a way to nitpick your performance -Very bad work culture -Gossips and the sort of feeling of High School Bullies Due to these cons, even the other good things of company go to vain. All good, nothing found bad except... some fake reviews here... Big No. Sadly the worst experience we had. Our whole team was in total burnout and depressed. Managers and lead playing blame games between QA's & backend team. Long working hours for some members.

Nothing much to like. It WAS a good company but now its turning into an MNC with micromanagement at its peak.

Dislikes

Less pay. They recently merged UI and backend into one. All the EMs were from Backend so no scope for UI is left. They won't be promoted and the appraisal is peanuts.
