Constant fear of fire, they believe in hire and fire. No appraisal and leaves approval. Toxic managers and HRs. Long working works. No remote facilities.

BOLD has proved itself a lot of times during the Covid time that they are totally employee centric. The company has provided employees funds for buying equipments according to their requirements, not only once but twice. Moreover internet’s charges are also compensated by company. Apart from this company has been sending the employees some goodies to motivate them during this pandemic.
