Working here was a nightmare! The owner seems to have no idea of how to run a company. Employees are treated as disposable and are often fired within 2-3 months of joining if they fail to meet their unrealistic targets. There is no job security. The company lacks solid HR policies and more than 100 employees were fired in a calendaryear for the same reason. No one should have to endure this kind of environment. In my 12 years of experience, this has undoubtedly been the worst. The pressure to make sales is unbearable. I would like to warn everyone about this company, no matter how bad your situation, do not join this company. A lesson learn the hard way. Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
