It is 100% subsidiary of Bank of Baroda Being part of parent govt bank you can have environment wherein your dignity is valued Though timings ae 10-5.30 but with joining of top people of private bank timings are not adhered anymore You have to stay back , work on weekends and bear huge pressure Culture is no more of PSU concern as of now though salary structure and designations are mixed ones. Job security-though there is frequent threats from MD and senior management, They rarely terminate employees.

Constant daily basis sales pressure, threats, frequent policy changes from md, confused senior management who dance at the tunes of md and his coterie. Every single sales and collection have been made so called 'unified' and dumped on the heads of ASM. Area Managers were redesignated as relationship officers to please the ego of MD and coterie. Cards are issued to anyone having basic docs and free for life , this is a foolish policy and will boomerang on the company in coming years with large amount of NPAs. By then MD will take up bigger assignment else where and move and the employees will be left to reel under immense collection pressure. Incentives have been withdrawn by the MD. Its a strange decision and no other similar companies would ever do this. Unbearable sales pressure and no incentives. Its funny. So many levels in sales are absolutely irrelevant and some are just drawing salary in lakhs with nothing much to do. Senior sales management have no work to do , the only work what they have is attend con calls and grind employees who work under them. HR is awesome and very supportive. Overall company is good but its in the wrong hands. All the picturing of better sales, better profit, Tabit may not be true. Parent bank will realise this in the coming years....Read More
