Timings issues Aane ka time fix but jaane ka noo timing.... Every where only politics.... Seniors were responsible for only asking for bussiness not for your appraisal or promotion. And also my seniors were like saas bahu jethani types.

The bank is very good. Its promotion and increment policy is also very good the working culture in the bank is also very good.

Some stupid cluster head in the bank think themselves to be the MD of the bank. they want to spoil the image of the bank and also the environment. he wants every staff to flatter them, which is not possible.

It used to be very good a year back and now it is horrible and not able to even say what is good here. Health benefits and HR is Okay here and working in MUBB is very good and EBRB is terrible because of the leadership

Not an employee friendly and leadership is not supportive and everyone will question why it has not happened and no one is interested to know the challenges and no one is ready to tell how to do it. Job security is ZERO in EBRB and it has become a joke if we talk about mental piece
