There was nothing to like about IDFC Bank, TL, Hr, Managers were fraud and lier. Partial between existing employees.TL were giving personal attention to their existing employees.

Dislikes

Work culture, hectic environment, partial people, helpless hr team, Mentors, appraisal was not their for specific employees. They never allow to take a leave on sick or severe aches. Hard-core calling more than 200 didn't allow to take a break in middle of time,. There was a fix short break n lunch time in between we can't go to drink water or toilet. TL never allow you to go. The upper level employees are pathetic and there’s always a politics in upper lever women have no respect and only the supervisor can make your image or destroy it.. only the back Birchers and chaploos can survive in this company
