HR Manager IT Hiring

Role & responsibilities

• Handling End to End Recruitment maintaining key recruitment metrics like Turn Around Time, Source Mix, Quality of Hire.
• Source, screen, and interview potential IT candidates
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential IT candidates.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source candidates.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent.
• Create job postings and advertise open positions.
• Evaluate resumes and applications to determine qualifications.
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.
• Negotiate job offers and salary packages.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Coordinating with business heads for technical interviews taking regular feedback and follow up for closures.
• Adherence to recruitment norms & policies.
• Taking care of smooth On boarding formalities for all the new joiners.
• Prepare monthly HR dashboards, MIS, Presentations & required Analytics for monthly HR Business reviews.
• Act as a single point of contact for internal stake holders for HR related queries.

Preferred candidate profile

A full time MBA / IT or relevant degree with experience in broad range of human resource domains including TA IT Recruiter & Analytics with minimum of 5 year’ experience.

• Attention to details.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Highly self-motivated, Directed and Change oriented.
• Prior work experience in BFSI or NBFC sector is preferred.
• Extensive experience in Talent acquisition, IT Recruitment & Analytics.
