This position is responsible for driving fresh acquisition, spends and portfolio enhancement business through
1. Enhancing Portfolio activity by driving spends on corporate credit cards.
2. Managing cordial relationship with corporate for deepening the relationship with corporate by acquiring more cards and additional limits with group companies/ sister concerns /vendors/suppliers and associates of the existing portfolio corporates.
3. Activation: Month on month activation and utilization of limits on the allocated portfolio of corporate cards. Ensuring consistency of spends.
4. Corporate Sales: Acquiring corporates through engaging CFS, Mid Corporate, MSME, Startups, IBBs, LFs etc.
5. Driving Acquisition managers, if allocated, for their acquisition targets.
6. Attrition Control: No or Minimal Attrition as per agreed standards and keeping the corporate engaged with BOBCARD.
7. Being a people leader position, the candidate is also responsible for training, coaching and development of the Unified Sales Team for corporate cards, including product, key portfolio parameters, sales processes, controls, compliance and end to end sales cycle.
8. Engaging networks like VISA, NPCI etc. for making inroads in their contact corporates and onboarding them for corporate cards.
9. Supporting Unified team by introducing features of retail credit cards and creating avenues for propagation, camps, corporate desk etc. to facilitate the acquisition of corporate card.
10. Planning and running awareness, marketing and promotion campaigns for spends in association with products, marketing and networks.
