HR just care about woman . Teammates are mostly supportive and friendly, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

Dislikes

Lack of work-life balance and an unfair promotion process that often required pleasing managers rather than recognizing merit and performance. No value given given for employee's personal well being in most of the teams. WFH opportunities are merely mentioned in circulars and will not be considered when employee really needs it.

The workplace culture is excellent, and the orderly division of employee's roles contributes to the atmosphere's health specially for Associate.

Dislikes

Policy of transfer. They don't readily grant transfers based on personal preferences. Transferring to a more beneficial option for the employee will mostly take three to four years. Without HRA, an Associate finds it very difficult to survive in an unusual environment.

Work life balance is worst.. if sales is not your thing you wont get any credit for other operational work done by you. Banking is all about selling insurance products

It depends on branch where you have posted .....but we will get handfull of experience handling day to day operations, real time decision making,handling customers, learning financial products......there are many other space where we can explore more...
