Company is good but Work culture is worst, everyone used to demotivate each other, lots of politics, interference in personal life, work-life balance zero, useless company policies. No promotion and increment for hard workers, they only promote chamchaas.

Dislikes

You'll learn lot of things in the beginning then after few months you'll feel like no growth, no learning, you'll do same thing for years and years, you'll forget your other skills. You can learn how to do politics and demotivate people. You have to work overtime and even on Sunday's without getting pay for OTs. Although Working hours are 9 to 6 but you've to work till 11 or 12 am and even on Sunday's also. You'll get calls anytime from Sales team or management and you have to work for them because as per them it's your duty. You don't have any personal life....Read More
