Likes

Initially the software testers were respected in this organisation when there was separate QA department in the organisation. Worst decision made from a company perspective to close it down.

Dislikes

Software testers are no more respected in this organisation. Especially GM area. Dont join this organisation as testers. Worst culture

Policy good for employees like bus transport, every month free meal voucher 1250 per month, CSR Activities, Woman Safety, Hybrid Model.

Dislikes

The people who spend long time in BNP don't share knowledge in project. They want depenndacy. Manager will do micro management.

Dislikes

They take less resource and will put pressure on you to manage the whole project single and that to 3 projects at same time

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
