Work from office is the biggest concern... This is millineal era and they are expecting to come to office weekly trice on hybrid working model.. i need to travel 6hrs daily commute... Not sure why they are expecting a development project to come to office... Many quit the job because of this flexibility issue... Hope many started to drop the resignation soon

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
