People oriented organisation. Good work life balance. Mutual respect. Hybrid office. Subsidised meals. Free bus service to limited areas. No lay offs during difficult times.

Dislikes

Slow work culture. Slow work culture means lot of bureaucracy and politics. Not an industry leader when it comes to technology. Very conservative approach. Deserved employees donot get fair opportunities. People sitting on higher positions hire niche talent, elevate them until their knowledge is fully absorbed (cup is empty) and then place them in mediocre roles once their use is complete. Favouritism and backstabbing management moves. Doesn't appreciate free speech. Not aggressive work culture means sub par compensations, appraisals and average bonus. If someone is skilled enough to navigate there is nothing negative about the company. They have made life of many individuals who are successful with them or are the ex employees.

Some of the benefits which peers are giving like paternity leaves and work from outside of location is not an issue as long as you complete your office days, whereas in BNP it is limited to just 15 days a year which is a big letdown

Everything, very bad management, extremely ego oriented, not a good people to work. I have made a terrific decision of coming here. Please revise your thoughts about this organisation, it's a not a good one as they way it get projected outside.

Work life balance is the only important thing which i like about the company.

No proper hike, Micro management of managers, favouratism, giving good hike and promotion only to the favourite person who say yes to whatever wrong things said by manager, no feedback taken by managers in a positive way. if you try to correct them in any process that may hurt their ego and the grudges will be kept forever.
