There is no work-life balance. If there is a delay in completing a task, and you respond to an email explaining the situation professionally, the manager may take it personally. The HR seems to act like the managements best friend, often collaborating with them in a way that feels more like a “partner in crime” than a neutral party. HR is so rudely behaves with employees in front of manager. The HR is overly focused on employees' attire, including clothes and footwear. Thankfully, they haven't started inspecting nails or hair yet. Work from home is treated as equivalent to taking leave. Managers are not aligned with their responsibilities. Tasks like conducting scrums, creating sprint reports, and backlog refinement are often delegated to junior employees. This company works in Supply Chain Management domain which is very unique and offers to learn a lot of things in real time. Here is fast paced atmosphere, one should be quick learner. You will get lot of support to learn and execute job given. Database exposure is biggest thing for QA, this is what teaches a lot. Product is complex but functionalities gives real time exposure into analytics. Compensation is good, one also gets other gifts than salary apart.
