Totally no use of working with this company as these people think of themselves and money. The employee(s) who spend their skills on the work assigned and completes the work and fame is taken by the management higher officials but not even carying to the team or the employee(s) and profit they earn is snached without sharing with others.

Management does not care of lower level employees. No allowance are provided to field executives No TA and DA are approved to the lower employees No habit of listening to suggestions provided by ground level employees Bad habit of forcing all to do achieve the targets else force them to resign from the position.
