1. First off the management is incredibly unprofessional and toxic. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, they thrive on intimidating employees, creating a slavery culture of fear rather than collaboration. 2. Any feedback or innovative ideas were quickly dismissed and it felt like nobody wanted to take responsibility for their mistakes often placing blame on others instead. 3. Co workers were just as bad. Instead of camaraderie, was met with gossip, backstabbing and a general lack of trust. It seemed like everyone was more interested in undermining each other than working together. There was a constant sense of competition that had nothing to do with performance and everything to do with personal agendas. 4. Work life balance is non existent here. The expectations are unrealistic and overtime is expected without any compensation or acknowledgment. Burnout is rampant, yet management turns a blind eye to the high turnover rate, as if it's just a normal part of doing business. 5. To make matters worse the office environment itself is chaotic and disorganised. Communication is poor leading to confusion and frustration among employees. It's clear that the leadership has no vision or direction and it shows in the workplace atmosphere. 6. If you value your mental health and career growth I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies out there that value their employees and foster a positive work culture. BLS is not one of them.
