When i joined BLS I was a fresher and had nothing as to show regarding practical knowledge of how visa process was handled. Since then i have the best learning practical guidance i could have hoped from my seniors. This is thier guidance and great company culture here that now i am handling a team of specialists in my department. Extremely delighted to be a part of BLS.

Everything. Its not office, its a jail where an eye is kept on how much water you drink, how many times you go to washroom, you eat outside food or home-cooked food. You cannot go out even for lunch, you have to complete at least 9 hours in that office before you step out. You can be asked anytime to resign as per their mood becausethey don't value people. What else? You have to take permission to breath as well. Lol. They work like a detective agency whether you talk about the owner or the COO, they don't have professional language.
