Extremely toxic and unethical workplace. The culture of the company is ruined at the core and the only reason is from the managers in India. Not many projects not much of work. People are let go because of incorrect hire with no projects and good resources leave by themselves. Everyone from ground level to higher level are lookingout, it's just matter of time. You are not allowed to avail your own leaves and not allowed to encourage good work culture. Typically narcissist mentality the managers at all levels possess. Extremely toxic environment. management people are the worst people you will meet in your life. They are extremely toxic, no promotion for petty reasons, too much cost cutting, every hour of work should be logged in Excel sheet with description and exact timings. They'll cut salary for no reason. Too much micromanagement.

Toxic workplace, lack of flexibility, no work life balance, strict login-logout monitoring devices, manager might call you late at night around 11pm asking to join a call, work from home only with permission regardless of your seniority or work experience, permission is very rarely given.
