The HR performance at the Black box company is unsatisfactory. They conducted multiple interview rounds, and during salary negotiations, FRANKLIN DAVID from HR repeatedly called during working hours. On almost every other call he would alter the package details, claiming that" management did not agreed with it", only to return to initial package later. These frequent and unsettling calls prompted me to request that he communicated via mail only. However, after that, I did not recieve any messages. Furthermore, they gathered personal information under the guise of job application. Extremely toxic and unethical workplace. The culture of the company is ruined at the core and the only reason is from the managers in India. Not many projects not much of work. People are let go because of incorrect hire with no projects and good resources leave by themselves. Everyone from ground level to higher level are lookingout, it's just matter of time. You are not allowed to avail your own leaves and not allowed to encourage good work culture. Typically narcissist mentality the managers at all levels possess. They are extremely toxic, no promotion for petty reasons, too much cost cutting, every hour of work should be logged in Excel sheet with description and exact timings. They'll cut salary for no reason. Too much micromanagement.

If you find the right people, there are good people who could be great mentors, I had a couple of them.

No job security They fire so randomly that you wouldn’t expect it and it has both to do with your performance, even a good employee can be fired. Worst management and leadership Nothing new to learn 0% hikes Mandatory work from office on all days. Don’t be fooled if they tell otherwise The salary is divided as transportation and shift allowance and hence if you take a leave you loose money.

Toxic workplace, lack of flexibility, no work life balance, strict login-logout monitoring devices, manager might call you late at night around 11pm asking to join a call, work from home only with permission regardless of your seniority or work experience, permission is very rarely given.
