People are let go because of incorrect hire with no projects and good resources leave by themselves. Everyone from ground level to higher level are lookingout, it's just matter of time. If you find the right people, there are good people who could be great mentors, I had a couple of them.

No job security They fire so randomly that you wouldn’t expect it and it has both to do with your performance, even a good employee can be fired. Worst management and leadership Nothing new to learn 0% hikes Mandatory work from office on all days. Don’t be fooled if they tell otherwise The salary is divided as transportation and shift allowance and hence if you take a leave you loose money.
