1) Learning is great and ceo will help you every day he took daily standup meet where he actually solve your problem if you got blocked in some particular thing for more than 2 days 2) mentors will not teach you they will gives you only glimpse you have to do by own as I said if you go t stuck they will help you 3) if your took your spare time to learn new technology then you also can get the opportunity to work on that tech . They will provide you opportunity 4) They use azure devops for for project management compay has automation and dot net MVC technologies. 1) working hours is 8 hours and sandwich leave if you took leave on Monday or sat then they will deduct 2 leave instead of 1 leave 2) IT support are worst not give the resources (need for development ) on time and rude behaviour from senior IT support 3) stories(requirment descriptions are not proper) for development is not prope r . For that you will waste so much time to understand the requirements instead on development. 4) old people working and they expact respect from jr 5) no team outings ,no social festivals typical stressed environment everyone is just doing doing to complete. 6 ) coffee only 2 times 7) overall i give the feedback if you are experienced then you should not join this .and the breakouts from your salary is high earnings is less deduction is more ....Read More
