The work culture and environment are unfavourable as there are several issues that hinder growth and job satisfaction. Employees do not have many opportunities to learn and improve, and permanent remote work options are very limited to only special employees and no hybrid model. A limited number of WFH is given per month to employees and is deducted if any medical leave or unplanned leave taken. Lack of Effective management and unhelpful project leads.
