Its a small organization so communication is easier as the hierarchy is smaller Friendly environment Good Connectivity for travel.

No Vouchers for Certification Planned Leave Approval is very tedious process unless its an emergency Short Staffed No Promotion Rules at the company change very often

There were some senior employees whom I was able to make friendship with and also they were quite supportive assisting me a lot in the doubts that used to occur during my training period

Dislikes

Everything apart from the like that I have mentioned. Horrible training, no good work culture, trainer provided us with very little knowledge and zero support in clearing doubts, no proper agendas or goals set, no job security.
