Worst experience with CEO of the company mr Manoj- most Unprofessional , rude and nonsense manager I hv ever worked with.. only one person is so amazing and supportive in every terms Savitha Mam she’s the person I always want to work with such kind of being. Mr Manoj doesn’t know how to value, respect an educated employee, he pressurise one sound technical IT employee to work into sales and marketing area and he will insult you like anything.I don’t know wat education he took …. I never had such pathetic experience with anyone at such higher position.. he is one greedy man for who only business money matters no respect to educated employees...Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
