Appraisal cycle is not good, they start appraisal cycle in March and close it by end of May (Only ratings). the compensation letter are closed by end of the August and effective from 1st Sep. I think it should be effective from 1st April to 31 March as per Indian financial period.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
