Working with the SGI team was a great experience. One can anytime connect with senior across departments and everyone more than happy clarify others doubts. There’s work life balance and scope of learning.

Dislikes

An individual is always judged on the basis of their years of experience and not their learning. The compensation is so less that it becomes frustrating at a point.

One of the Great company to work. Few issues, which are not related to organisation but only middle management or top management official behaviour making most people quit jobs.

Dislikes

Too management decisions. Top management is inefficient, indecisive and incapable.
