Working at Billedright is good, the work atmosphere and the ambiance are good, and the management is flexible and also accommodative when it comes to personal concerns. The management is very understanding in all aspects.

Dislikes

In regs to this point, the salary structure is not at market standards, the language that needs to be spoken is English, however, mostly it is Tamil. The management needs to evaluate the employee's skills also. The employer needs to look at the employee's total work experience and skill set and not go by only the performance of the job he or she is doing.
