BigStep is known for its Amiable Culture and Collaborative Leadership, and we are confident that all our Department Heads and Leaders are well versed with the required knowledge to manage their respective Teams effectively, and are positively contributing to the growth of our Organisation. One of our core values is to Communicate Openly and with Transparency, however, communication is never easy and we try our best to align Leaders and Teams in a way that minimizes any unnecessary bureaucracy. It is also important to mention here that we have pioneered a Flat hierarchy at our workplace, ensuring that feedback flows seamlessly in all directions and helps in driving our positive and transparent culture.
