Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Top management seemed firm in their decisions, often without incorporating employee feedback. This made it challenging to feel heard and valued. Recognition for hard work was limited, and employees were frequently transferred or shifted based solely on organizational needs, often without consulting the individuals affected. While there is mention of allowing employees to choose departments, in practice, this choice feels more like a formality.
