If you are a fresher then there is great learning opportunity for you.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

1) No management 2) No process of doing anything it's like one man company 3) No growth opportunity in terms of salary and learning 4) No benefits 5) Company people mindset are old and there is lots of politics 6) They don't know what they are doing they are just gathering the crowd of freshers. Rather than hiring a experienced person they are saving money 7) Top level management don't know how to build a good software so they are just wasting their time doing stupid things. If you're experienced guy I would suggest you to not join this company at all....Read More
