Some of the issues you raised are not true: - We do not deduct salary if you work from home. We respect your personal and professional needs and offer flexible work arrangements. - We provide medical insurance as part of your benefits package. The deductions are clearly mentioned in the offer letter and the salary slip. You can also contact us if you have any queries or complaints about the deductions. - We provide proper training and project induction before assigning any project. We also have regular feedback sessions and performance reviews to help you improve your skills and grow in your career. - We do not tolerate any harassment or intimidation from anyone. We have a strict code of conduct and a zero-tolerance policy for any violations. We appreciate your contribution to our company and wish you all the best for your future.
