We respect your personal and professional needs and offer flexible work arrangements. - We provide medical insurance as part of your benefits package. The deductions are clearly mentioned in the offer letter and the salary slip. You can also contact us if you have any queries or complaints about the deductions. - We provide proper training and project induction before assigning any project. We also have regular feedback sessions and performance reviews to help you improve your skills and grow in your career. - We do not tolerate any harassment or intimidation from anyone. We are young company and have survived 10 years in very dynamic market and will continue to grow and manage stability however we don't control global market condition which sometimes impact people.Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any further concerns or suggestions. In order to maintain and give work life balance we have given remote work mode to our employees and with consent almost all employees are availing that facility in such situation when office working is limited coordinating extra curriculum activities gets tough however, we are closely working with engagement team to organize games and fun activities remotely.
