Its just drama and politics all over the organisation. Managers threaten you to fire. Everyone is scared of the so called Big Daddy CEO and all his rage. Its fun to watch, you’ll love it here if you’re into these stuffs.

Worst decision of my life joining Bhavna. Good Short term projects.
Layoff in company around 40% hard working employees got lay off straightaway. Hire and fire policy. You will see every month a employee get terminated. Company works on “MY COMPANY MY RULES”. Company policy and rules keeps changing on quater basis. Once you are employee of company you may also have to give aptitude test to sustain your job. No work life balance at all. Lots and lots for micromanagement. 24X7 system monitoring by managers. You have to answer to your manager if you leave your system for 15 min or more. They have marketing strategy of showing more experience of employee to client. If you work more than your office timing then only you will be appreciated. You can get fired when you may need your job the most. No empathy. They force employee to give more ratings in Great place to work....Read More
