There were some process issues, loops over the procedure due to which in some cases i found it very difficulty to provide a customer a complete and satisfactory resolutions.

The job was interesting, at first I had to struggle a lot as it was my first job to entertain a customer with different issues, but soon i found it very pleasant as lot of customers appreciated after getting a resolution.
