Just that there are few managers are excellent with micro management to extent that they need to know about employees personal life as well. And though they say it's open door policy but it only one like for example if we have to leave company we have serve 60 days but if the company is asking you to leave it's only 30 days. Lack of noticing Employees and their Benefits , Not providing any leaves even if you had any leaves pending , Always thinks Humans are Robots! If it’s raining or employees are sick you still need to work in office! No importance given for Employees
