Dislikes

Time management is not good. Someday you have to work for 12hrs a day. Not increment of salary.

Everyday we think, we will loose our job today. Work life is not balanced.

Dislikes

Because of my boss mood swings. Don't know what he will say in next minute. And another most important thing is, your job is not secured here.
