It is not a office it's a school. They treat their employees as school going kid. It is totally fraud kind of organisation call for interview for a company and put into job for another company. Basically you have to serve some gambling addicted people by calling them Sir. Nothing related to life sciences or biology as mentioned in the company name.

If your colleagues are good, you may learn something from them.

Dislikes

Terrible company to work with. There is no work ethic. They may call you at 9PM for a meeting at 10:30PM. The CEO does not know how to run a serious business and keeps changing his ideas every week. No benefits and only empty promises. Salary maybe paid as per the whims and fancies of the management. Best to not work here.
