Behaviour of executives is so pathetic, they will blame you for their mistake. They will scold you infront of their seniors to raise there value and respect. They will treat you like a slave. You will not learn anything as they will not teach you. 99% executives are Egoistic.

Teammates are very supportive. There is a best opportunity to bright your future. There is good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisas are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
