Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no bond you resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

This company is specialised in defence product being part of D & E company has upgradation prog. to upgrade latest knoledge. New innovation is allways going on you shoud have possitive approach to participation. Management always encourage for best output. No burdon of work but correct timed work is appriciated.

Dislikes

Only defence product can't grow company. It should enter to consumer product. Only channeled promotion is negative point. It should have scope for intelligence to reduce period of promotion by test as it is Rly, very bad carrier pth for ITI & Diploma holders(non exrcutive) bui it may ammend in next time.But good for executive MCA .MBA.CA Engineers.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
