There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no bond you resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

New innovation is allways going on you shoud have possitive approach to participation. Management always encourage for best output. No burdon of work but correct timed work is appriciated.
