Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no bond you resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

*'no respect, staffs are rude, nothing to learn, very less salary, management also takes decision to disturb temporary staff, no human rights inside office, misbehaviour with ladies also happening at office. Only permanent staff getting advantage

Ontime salary.. Good medical benefits for self n family

No respect for design n development fraternity... No rewards n awards for performance.. Rewards only for those who can mesmerize boss, political pressure n customer pressure..ETC.. ETC..

...red as incompetent / lazy. 4) HR policies are absurd and designation oriented. 5) Median salary 6) Linear growth instead of exponential.

...for ladies. But job security is not there because we are working on casual base. But, there are some other medical benefits and salary is good and on the time. I would like to work again there, if I get chance again.

You skill will mismatch in future while you are opting for other opportunities/job. Plus there is no work culture in BEL.
