Very poorly skilled Indian top management. I have seen a high majority of boot.licking people. I have seen skilled employees put aside and less skilled employees promoted by Indian top management. You will face third-class po_litics, which is led and promoted by Indian top management. You will also face a high level of favoritism towards favorite people who belong to the Indian Head and Group Leader. If you want to learn and enhance your skills, do not join this company.
