Managers having egoistic problem which is associated with Samsung from long time I.e..15-20 years. Their only thinking to secure their job anyhow instead of growth of company by going out of the way. Even they get feedback from employees but they will not appreciate.. however, they will not let the employee come into the picture, if the feedback accepted.

Very less work for you if you are passionate engineer. Most of the works are handled by HQ - SDC. You are just for support most of the time.
